Tactical’s attitude and actions rock! A perfect villain for Saturn, whose redesign is great! I can’t wait to see the deal Tactical has with Staff of Life. Keep up the good work.
Thanks for your vote for Tactical! I figure every major superhero has two archenemies, and Johnny Saturn II’s are Wissenschaft and Tactical. Spider-Man has Green Goblin and Doc Ock; Batman has Joker and Two-Face; etc. I wouldn’t say this is a universal rule, but it often applies.
