That last panel instantly elevated Warmonger and Lacerator to "Awsome Smart-ass" status.

My only thought on Manic Max was "Oh my God, its a grown-up Tweek! I always knew coffee made you evil!"

And I wonder what powers they have. At least they should have powers, they are reported as metahumans.
