The Apartment Guide Advertisement occasionally displays in the middle of the page rather than on the side. Actually, it happens most of the time. My take on it is that he's incredibly arrogant and self-superior, thus accounting for his fashion sense. Bullseye, in the Daredevil stories, had the good sense to wear dark clothing, but how cocky was it for him to wear a cowl with a bullseye on his forehead?!
