Sick Day!

Bad news today! I was sick all last week, and I’m still too sick to work. But, I’ve been to the doctor’s, and he has set me up with various antibiotics and cough syrup.
I’d like to say that we’ll be back on top with a new episode on Wednesday, but I have seen how slow recovery is from this thing. So, let’s plan to take this back up again on Friday!
As you likely know, I take a lot of pride in keeping up with our grueling, three-day-a-week schedule, and I’ve rarely missed it. Well, let’s make this the exception that proves the rule!

I had the same problem last year, I managed to stay just one day ahead of my deadlines for weeks.
I am sure this did not help my recovery.

As an update, I'm just about back to my old self and am inking today on Friday's episode.
Sorry to hear you're under the weather. Are you feeling swinish or is it some other bug? I got hit with H1N1 last week and just had no energy at all. Hope you feel better soon.
Thanks, Ga-Tor! Luckily, it was not diagnosed as swine flu. I will say this is the first time I've had to refill for a second course of anti-biotics–I was always well before needing to do that!
