I heard an interview with a researcher way on back where he postulated that evil was a force that moved in waves, and that it's course and occurance could be followed and extrapolated. This got my mind to working, and thus the Oppression Wave was born.
The problem though, is that most the emotions he mentions are necessary in order to actually fix the world’s problems. Could you summon the courage and the gumption to oppose tyranny and murderous dictatroships, if these things didn’t make you angry?

I just figured out how to defeat him. I really like Oppression Wave, every appearance he seems to get more and more interesting.
I can see why he likes negative emotions. Anyone watching TV 24/7/365 will want to destroy the world.
Especially the cable news channels.
